Our team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary care service. This permanent part-time or full-time role will be based at our Gledswood Hills clinic, providing evidence-based therapy to clients with neurodivergent conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 6 hours of individualized therapy sessions per day, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team of psychologists and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in regular multidisciplinary discussions to enhance treatment outcomes.

The successful candidate will work with adults presenting with anxiety, depressive disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-based conditions. They will utilize proven therapy frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioural Analysis, and Mindfulness Interventions.

Requirements:
  • General registration with AHPRA.
  • At least two years of post-registration experience.
  • Registered or Clinical status.
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to client care.
