The Customer Service Associate will provide high-quality service as the first point of contact for customers, managing customer interactions and enquiries via inbound/outbound channels.
This role involves working through our different systems such as CRM, EBS, and Outlook. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and previous customer service or call centre experience.
