Job Description

The role of a Branch Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager.

  • Administrative and organisational tasks including staff onboarding, attendance records, compliance records, contact lists, and calendars.
  • Processing expenses, invoices, travel bookings, and floor seating plans.
  • Answering enquiries and complaints.
  • Assisting with general office maintenance and supplies.

This involves multitasking and working under pressure. Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in client services, adviser assistant, office manager/assistant, or receptionist roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in video conferencing systems.

About the Role:

This is a 10-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or permanency if successful. You will be supported by a talented team and have exposure to a wide range of services.
