**Workforce Planning Role**

This position is responsible for workforce demand planning, recruiting and managing a team to support the HALSPO Executive and broader organisation.

The role provides assurance support to ensure HALSPO collaboratively improves management of a workforce that nurtures systems and processes to protect and promote health, safety and wellbeing of all workers and sustainability of the workplace.

The position will also support varied business operations such as records management and manage teams in a matrixed environment.

**About Our Team**

The Heavy Air Lift Systems Program Office (HALSPO) at Royal Australian Air Force Base Amberley is an important business unit within the Aerospace Systems Division.

HALSPO is the in-service support agency responsible for sustaining and enhancing the RAAF's KC-30A Multi Role Tanker Transport, C-17A Globemaster Heavy Lift Transport, Boeing Business Jet and Falcon 7X Special Purpose Aircraft capabilities for Air Force.

In this role you will work with multiple complex stakeholder groups from within Defence and wider Industry, whilst working as part of the Business Management Team within HALSPO.
