Are you a skilled Rigging Supervisor looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead the lift and drive the project in a hands-on leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise rigging activities across steel erection and project works
  • Manage rigging inspections, registers, and site-wide lifting gear
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to achieve key rigging outcomes
  • Develop and review Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses
  • Supervise mechanical, structural, and project works
  • Provide training and Verification of Competency for rigging teams
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for lifting equipment maintenance
  • Audit rigging gear condition, storage, and spares
  • Contribute to the development of rigging procedures and standards

You will be responsible for leading a team of experienced riggers, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Rigging Certification
  • Certificate III in Frontline Supervision
  • Experience in structural and mechanical projects with heavy lift expertise
  • Strong understanding of structural drawings and complex rigging scenarios
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and support rigging teams
