Early Childhood Educator Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a nurturing environment.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with experience working with children aged 0-5. You will be required to work collaboratively with the centre's philosophy, policies, and procedures, as well as the National Quality Framework.
  • Assist in program planning based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Childhood Educator, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality care and education to children.
  • Assisting in program planning and implementation.
  • Collaborating with families and maintaining regular communication.
  • Building positive relationships with other educators.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current First Aid certification.
