Job Title: Site Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Office Manager to support the Fulfillment Center (FC) Operations team at our Horsley Park location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and conferences for the FC.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing, office management, and responding to emails.
  • Compile team goals, track key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Complete purchasing of site office requirements.
  • Support calendar management for the general manager and leadership team.
  • Attend leadership meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions items.
  • Schedule cost-effective travel arrangements.
  • Assist with internal communications for associates and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement activities within the FC.
  • Think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with Workforce Management, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other teams within the FC.
  • Represent the department in team-building and improvement activities and peer recognition.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining commitment to deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various constituent groups.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and overtime as needed.
