About the Role:

We are seeking an ICT Support Officer to deliver exceptional technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and external clients
  • Manage various IT systems, including Active Directory, JD Edwards, MS Office 365, and MS Teams
  • Deploy, maintain and repair desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshoot network issues and organize repairs for faulty devices
  • Purchase, stock, and manage assets using our asset management system

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, administration expertise, and prior experience in SOE deployment, handheld device support, IP telephony administration, and Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365 basic administration and support.
