Job Description:

We are now inviting applications for the role of Client Manager within our team. This position is intended to continue your growth and career in the media industry. You will be enabled to further develop your skills through media planning and strategy across various verticals.

The scope of this role presents opportunities to work with all media channels both online and offline, focusing on elevating channel planning skills to cross-channel integration and strategy. Your immediate responsibilities will include owning day-to-day client relationships, leading media planning work, and managing the Client Executive and Associate roles in the team.

  • Deliver innovative solutions to client briefs by collaborating with the Client Director
  • Work across Dentsu and its network as needed, using good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
  • Project manage clients' communications plans, including timelines and budget
  • Review plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better ways of working
  • Effectively lead and motivate internal teams to produce high-quality work
  • Provide accurate plan details and updates to clients
