Protecting Vulnerable Children

Role Overview- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children.
- Assess, plan, and deliver services that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop comprehensive plans to address these needs.
- Provide support and guidance to children and families through home visits, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators, to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting children and families.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children and families.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
