About the Role:

As a Senior Supervisor, you will report directly to the Site Manager and will be tasked with the effective coordination of both direct workforce and subcontractor teams. Your primary focus will be to ensure that quality and safety objectives are met in alignment with the project schedule.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the allocation of on-site resources efficiently.
  • Track construction progress while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Guarantee that all operations adhere to established safe work methods.
  • Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly construction activities, including resource allocation and trade coordination.
  • Ensure all personnel are properly inducted before commencing work on-site.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relevant trade qualifications (Electrical).
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role on large-scale civil projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
