About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. As the first point of contact in the Branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customer network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information on BOQ's products and services to internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through quality conversations and follow-up interactions
  • Perform teller duties, including general enquiries, account opening/closing, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Initiate quality conversations with customers through floor walking and proactive engagement
  • Book interviews and conduct outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships
  • Maintain the ATM and perform daily cash management tasks, including ATM services and Travelex
  • Order stationery and ensure strong focus on compliance

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the banking industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
  • Driven to take a personalized approach with every customer interaction
  • Ability to learn and confidently use technical financial systems
