The role of Assistant Club Manager and Membership Consultant involves providing exceptional support to multiple clubs in the Western Suburbs, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for members.
About You- You will be responsible for assisting with club manager duties, including daily operations, staff supervision, and member relations.
- Key qualifications include being people-focused, goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about health and fitness.
- While prior sales experience and senior first aid certification are desirable, training will be provided on the job to ensure success.
- Assist with club manager duties, including maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Play a key role in pre-sale strategy development, lead generation, and communication with new leads and existing members.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with staff, members, and personal trainers.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
