Customer Experience Strategy Role

As a Customer Experience Strategy Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing brands by developing and implementing comprehensive customer experience strategies. This exciting opportunity is based in Sydney and involves collaborating with the local team as well as learning from our global network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish connections between brands and consumers by leveraging consumer insights to inform strategic approaches.
  • Develop distinct audience segmentations that are connected to strategic decisions and creative ways-in.
  • Implement knowledge of end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, auditing, understanding consumer behaviors, and staying abreast of trends (macro and micro).
Requirements
  • 7+ years experience as a strategist in a creative agency, min 2 years AUS market.
  • Ability to deliver work independently on all tasks and achieve results at pace with energy and drive.
  • Strong sense of priority level and urgency; and ability to act on critical differences.
