Healthcare Innovation Specialist

Job Overview

The Role of a Cath Lab Product Specialist is pivotal in driving healthcare innovation and fostering strong customer relationships within the Cath Lab space.

  • You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives across the NAMIC portfolio, which encompasses contrast management systems, manifolds, pressure monitoring kits, closed fluid delivery systems, and custom procedure kits for Cath Lab and IR environments.

In this role, you will serve as the face of the trusted range, delivering tailored solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts and foster relationships with clinical stakeholders, including Cardiologists, Radiographers, and Nurse Unit Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the day-to-day workings of your territory.
  • Deliver solution-based selling and respond to customer needs.
  • Act as the product expert for the NAMIC range.
  • Provide market insights to the Marketing team.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams, and Sales Leaders on strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in either a clinical or sales role across Cath Lab, IR, or MI environments.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
