About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dedicated individual to join our inbound Telco sales team in our Bendigo call centre.

This role primarily focuses on driving NBN and Mobile sales campaigns, and cross-selling our products to both new and existing customers via inbound enquiries.

While previous sales experience is preferred, we are open to all applicants committed to learning and growing in this field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Communicate product and plan information and maximise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Engage with a broad demographic of customers, with varying ages and technical awareness
  • Develop strong negotiation and objection handling skills to drive conversion
  • Work collaboratively with team members to foster a supportive work environment
