About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Baby Bunting. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of baby products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, understanding the needs of expectant and new parents and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Take parents through product features, demonstrating how they work and building trust and confidence in our brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with stock levels and ensure that customers are aware of available products and promotions.
  • Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, nights and weekends, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service at all times.
