We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established property developer/construction group with a strong pipeline of commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proactively leasing commercial properties, managing the end-to-end leasing process, building and maintaining a strong client network and database, negotiating leasing transactions, developing and implementing effective leasing strategies, preparing marketing material, screening and processing tenancy applications, and keeping up to date with market trends, legislation changes, and industry compliance requirements.
