Operational Support Position Overview

The operational support officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of clinical and administrative areas.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute cleaning duties across various facilities while adhering to stringent infection control and workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Provide assistance with patient transfers and support patient care activities as directed by supervisors.
  • Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Contribute to facility security through locking/unlocking duties and timely response to supervisor requests.
