Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Practitioner to provide support services in the social emotional wellness area for First Nations employees/communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training and coaching programs to individuals and organizations.
  • Provide conflict resolution services and facilitation through collaborative circle discussions.
  • Work with clients to design and deliver evidence-based training programs focused on mental health and wellbeing.
  • Identify and anticipate potential risks, providing recommendations for proactive interventions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Registration as a qualified mental health professional (e.g. Psychologist, Social worker, Counsellor).
  • Experience working within complex organizational environments, delivering strategic human resource solutions.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is advantageous.
