Healthcare Medication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Medication Specialist to join our team at The Canberra Hospital. This is a Full Time, Permanent position that involves working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating as an active member of the pharmacy team, promoting and providing exceptional patient care by ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution of medicines.
This includes dispensary and inventory services, aseptic manufacturing service, and multi-dose and unit-dose repackaging.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- Pre-employment National Police Check.
- Compliance with Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
- Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia and capacity to meet role requirements.
Benefits
This role offers a salary range of $76,017 - $86,300 (Plus 12% Super) and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities.
