Job Overview

This role involves leading large-scale supply chain solution projects to optimize organizational value chain integration and performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating solutions, managing complex delivery projects, and balancing business objectives with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow client relationships and revenue
  • Oversee quality of analysis and solution team outputs
  • Design test methodologies and success criteria for value-chain improvement solutions
  • Facilitate cross-functional business improvement and solutions development workshops
  • Obtain and document client requirements for business solutions
  • Support management of prospective client pipeline by evaluating and qualifying solution leads
  • Project team performance management
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Logistics (Honours) or Supply Chain Management (Honours)
Skills:
  • 10 – 15+ years' relevant work experience
  • Applies supply chain management knowledge to solve problems
  • Understanding of complex multi-capability supply chain solutions
  • Proven track record of leadership and team/project management
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Establishes trust and mutual respect among team members
  • Clearly articulates goals and purpose
