Job Overview

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have a work-related or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced a work-debilitating illness.

They will conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living. The Physiotherapist will also conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.

Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests is another key responsibility.

The Physiotherapist will engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers
  2. Conduct assessments and evaluations in areas such as initial needs, workplace assessments, and ergonomics
  3. Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business objectives
Requirements
  1. Hold a degree in Physiotherapy
  2. Be eligible for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating
  3. Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  4. Be eligible to be Comcare accredited (desirable but not essential)
  5. Obtain a current Working with Children Check and have a clear pre-employment national criminal check
  6. Hold a full driver's license
