About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the establishment of Australia's New Vehicle Efficiency Standard (NVES) Regulator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support to project management and facilitate administrative and coordination requirements.
  • Contribute to keeping schedules and projects on track.
  • Coordinate reporting activities, working closely with project leads.
  • Support business and risk planning, identifying and mitigating potential risks to project integrity.
  • Resolve problems using expertise and initiative.
  • Work collaboratively across branches to monitor project governance and record keeping.
  • Work flexibly and react quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements
