Pastry Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Experience Manager to join our team.

  • About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional service for our 3-course sit-down experience, providing an immersive and theatrical dining experience for guests.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails (RSA certification required) and coffee (training provided).
  • Support table service, plating, and presentation of fine dining experiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to prepare for evening services.

About You:

  • A seasoned professional with experience in fine dining or premium restaurants/bars.
  • RSA certification and 2-3 years' bartending/cocktail experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, presenting warmth and professionalism to guests.
  • Presentation skills that excel in fast-paced service environments.
