About Operational Excellence in Manufacturing

InfraBuild, a leading integrated steel manufacturing company, has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor to join their team in Revesby. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum.

About the Role

As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and efficiency of reinforcing bar production and mesh distribution. With 10 direct reports, you will lead by example, fostering a culture of collaboration and ensuring all WHS management system requirements are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and empower a team of 10 staff members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of workplace safety and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising or managing teams in manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other relevant software applications.
