Operational Excellence Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence throughout our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Lean enterprise culture and lead activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals
  • Direct and manage manufacturing activities to achieve optimal results
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and oversee capital projects for successful implementation

Requirements:

  • Senior management experience in manufacturing with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Lean, 5S, visual management boards, and value stream mapping
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and possess well-rounded business acumen
  • Computer and technology savvy
