Corporate Chef

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Corporate Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including à la carte and buffet-style meals
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of food presentation, quality, and safety
- Collaborate with our events team to deliver bespoke catering solutions for corporate events
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in high-end corporate and functions environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Cert 3 (or equivalent) in commercial cooking
- HACCP, WH&S, and dietary requirements knowledge
- Uniform and personal protective equipment requirements
- Right to work in Australia and willingness to obtain a police check
