About the Role
We are seeking dedicated support workers to provide person-centred care to elderly individuals.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily routines, mobility and personal care needs while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with meal times including preparation and feeding assistance
- Maintain clean and hygienic living spaces
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Follow care plans and report any changes in client needs or behaviour
- Ensure safety and compliance with aged care standards and protocols

Requirements
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring, respectful, and professional attitude
- Willingness to adapt to client needs and varied aged care settings

Essential Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (valid)
- Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Legal right to work in Australia
