Job Description
As a Minecraft Video Assembly Editor, you will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating content for YouTube.
You will be responsible for understanding what drives audience engagement and creating relevant material that aligns with the latest trends in Minecraft and social media.
This involves mimicking existing pacing, comprehending cuts, flow, and tempo variation, and ensuring no 'dead space.'
You will also have to think creatively, staying abreast of the Minecraft community and pop culture trends.
In addition, you will need to organize timelines, communicate effectively with VFX/SFX Editors, and color-code as needed.
Subtitles will be available upon request.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of experience in video editing.
- A solid understanding of YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, etc.).
- Excellent cutting skills, strong communication, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Premiere Pro expertise and knowledge of Minecraft, social media, and pop-culture trends.
