**We Are Seeking a Dedicated Support Worker**

Sunny Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled support worker to join our dynamic team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people, providing tailored and person-centred services to meet their unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care services, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with elderly individuals and NDIS clients. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to consumers on home care packages Levels 1 to 4, including personal care, medication assistance, companionship, domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in home care services and working with older people and NDIS clients
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Smart mobile phone with internet access
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Current Australian Federal Police check
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Certificate III Aged Care/Home and Community Care/Individual Support
