About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate internal and external training and coaching programs, ensuring every apprentice and trainee receives the right guidance to complete their qualifications with confidence.">
  • The successful candidate will provide timely processing of invoices and funding claims, supporting smooth operations and maintaining a positive cash flow.">
  • They will consult with clients to understand their current and future workforce development needs, tailoring training solutions that align with their goals and objectives.">
  • The role involves ensuring our delivery environments meet all compliance requirements and remain welcoming and engaging for learners.">
  • The ideal candidate will champion learner wellbeing by implementing supportive initiatives and checking in on their progress and needs.">
  • They will assist in crafting and refining policies and procedures related to our apprenticeship and traineeship offerings, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.">
  • The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, promoting our programs with care and clarity.">
  • They will monitor training contracts and learner progress, identifying and addressing any roadblocks early to ensure timely completion of qualifications.">
  • The role involves keeping learner records updated in our Learning Management System (LMS) and processing RTO enrolments and certificate issuance.">
  • They will oversee welcoming and thoughtful onboarding experiences for new apprentices and trainees, setting them up for success from day one.">
  • The successful candidate will manage training logbooks and ensure compliance with documentation standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.">
