Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Lender to join our team. As a Mobile Lender, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, developing new clientele, and empowering members to achieve greater financial success by connecting them to attractive lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving business growth, building consultative relationships, and providing exceptional member service to meet members' home loan, mortgage, and other financial needs and timelines.
  • Coaching and collaborating with branch staff, networks, and partners to leverage referral business.
  • Meeting agreed performance goals, targets, and SLAs.
  • Assessing and managing lending risk within approved delegation and pricing parameters, in line with our risk appetite.
  • Advocating for and promoting Defence Bank by building relationships within the Defence Community, Defence Industry partners, and the broader community to grow awareness of our service offerings and grow our member base and product portfolios.
  • Supporting the business to meet strategic initiatives and ad-hoc requests as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in a retail sales team, preferably within financial services.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience or skills in achieving agreed goals in line with individual and team plans, building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating presentations to small and large groups, adapting to new concepts quickly, and time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
