Regional Health Transformation Leader

About the Opportunity:

This is a leading position in shaping the future of regional health. As Regional Health Director, you will oversee operations across multiple sites, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for transformation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to deliver objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partnering with the management team to ensure key risks are understood, incidents are addressed, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Identifying and acting on high-risk areas and processes to improve safety outcomes.
  • Implementing global and regional health initiatives.
Your Influence:

Your influence will extend across all operating locations, where you'll help shape, coordinate, and deliver impactful health programs that drive measurable improvements and foster a culture of care.

You will be more than a leader, you'll be a trusted advisor and catalyst for change. You'll guide a high-performing team and serve as the go-to expert, creating clear, effective pathways for our sites to escalate issues, access support, and receive hands-on, practical guidance.

What's Required:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in Health and Safety leadership roles.
  • Experience working across multiple locations within the mining/metals industry or heavy industry.
  • Knowledgeable about fatality prevention programs, regulatory requirements, and key prevention activities necessary to keep workers safe in a high-risk industrial setting.
  • Able to influence and communicate at all levels of an organisation to drive strategic objectives.
