Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station. Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen. Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and organized at all times.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
  • Safety and Security: Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs to manager.
