Customer Experience Manager Job

As a Customer Experience Manager, you play a key role in bringing joy to eyecare. You work closely with the Store Manager & Optometrist to run a successful store, ensuring appointment book management and customer journey execution are seamless. Two days a week, you'll lead the store on the Store Manager's rostered days off.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure positive interactions.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and Optometrist to drive store success.
  • Lead the team on designated days to execute business strategies.
