This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead stakeholder relationships and develop strategies that promote services and building occupant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage licensees to achieve positive outcomes, ensuring compliance with best practice and Commonwealth requirements.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to promote commercial services aligning to the needs of building occupants.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to ensure commercial services meet the needs of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of government processes, policies, and procedures including Commonwealth procurement guidelines, financial delegation, and financial acumen.

Requirements:
  • Effective communication skills and ability to tailor responses to client requirements.
  • Strong client service ethic, good judgment, and ability to identify and provide solutions to problems.
  • Cultivates productive working relationships, works collaboratively and flexibly, and engages with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the parliamentary environment and capacity to handle complex matters with professionalism, impartiality, and confidentiality.
