Transform your passion for travel into a fulfilling profession as a Sales Travel Consultant. You'll have the opportunity to plan and book dream trips for customers while developing your skills and expertise in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work full-time in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade period
  • Plan itineraries, book travel, and convert enquiries into bookings for customers
  • Sell whole holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more
  • Become an expert at building customer relationships and booking high-value domestic and international trips
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to take notes, manage calendars well, and respond quickly to customer phone calls and emails
  • A genuine passion for travel and desire to help open up the world to our customers
  • Determination to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that makes customers want to do business with you every time
  • Savviness with computers and complex systems when finding the right flight and package options for customers
