Community Health Initiatives Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating, administering and reporting on programs within the Health Promotion Pillar.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver health promotion programs in schools, focusing on initiatives such as the Healthy Active Lifestyle Program.
- Coordinate with schools, report on program progress and lead end-of-term celebrations.
- Organise and administer the Play Like A Panther Holiday Clinic Program, including coaching allocation and marketing.
- Liaise with stakeholders to deliver health initiatives under the Health Promotion objectives.
- Support community activities at events.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in sport, health promotion or a related field.
- Valid driver's licence, Working With Children Check and Sports First Aid certification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.
