About the RoleAs a key player in our organization, you will develop and implement strategies that optimize space utilization and operational efficiencies.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of space utilisation and planning concepts to support our education, research and social impact objectives.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their education, research and social impact objectives.
- Identify improvement opportunities such as refurbishment, repurpose, leasing or reallocation.
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans to optimise our estate portfolio.
- Work with other Asset Planning Managers to assess education, workspace, research and student space needs.
- Analyse and report on space usage through booking data, occupancy patterns and other relevant metrics.
Occasional on-campus attendance may be required.
