We are seeking a Fan Engagement Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PeopleVue Solutions.

As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in driving engagement, sales, and operational excellence for one of Melbourne's leading sporting organisations.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing membership fulfilment, and maximising sales and retention. You'll work closely with internal departments, ticketing vendors, and external partners to ensure a seamless experience for fans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to members and supporters.
  • Drive membership sales through inbound and outbound calls, events, and matchday activations.
  • Manage membership fulfilment, CRM functionality, and reporting.
  • Support the execution of ticketing strategies, including pricing, on-sale dates, and inventory management.
  • Work with internal teams on membership promotions, events, and fan engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity within the CRM and prepare reports on sales, renewals, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with ticketing vendors to build events and manage seating allocations.

About You:

  • 1+ years' experience in a sales, membership, or customer service role, ideally in the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with members, fans, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • High attention to detail, particularly in managing data and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with availability to work match days and club events.
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
