Cancer Navigation Project Lead

The Program Director will oversee the nationwide Cancer Navigation Project to enhance and expand existing information and support services. This includes leading integrated planning, delivery, and risk management in partnership with stakeholders.
This role requires a seasoned leader with experience managing large, multi-jurisdictional programs in health or cancer control. You will be responsible for delivering program outcomes within the agreed governance framework.
Key Responsibilities- Leading integrated planning, delivery, and risk management in partnership with stakeholders.
- Operating within the established program governance framework and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Fostering collaboration across state and territory organizations, government, sector partners, and priority population representatives.
You have demonstrated success in program delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in complex environments. Key requirements include:
- Proven experience leading successful integrated program delivery using various methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in program management and delivery, and stakeholder engagement in complex partnership environments.
- A strong understanding of cancer service delivery and the lived experience of people affected by cancer.
