Clinical Director
OverviewOur organization seeks an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical professional to drive the development of high-quality care plans, manage medication administration, and foster strong relationships with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize resident-centered care and meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Oversee medication management, ensuring accurate administration and adherence to prescribed schedules and protocols.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, open communication, and ongoing learning.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families, providing timely updates on their loved ones' condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving excellent patient outcomes.
- Expertise in care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives.
