Project Officer, Student Experience

This is a dynamic role that requires a skilled and motivated professional to provide high-quality project and administrative support for student experience activities, casework and pastoral care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess a strong attention to detail.

  • Providing project and administrative support for student experience activities, casework and pastoral care;
  • Working closely with the Associate Deans of the College to develop and implement education projects;
  • Collaborating with other teams across the College to ensure seamless delivery of student experience initiatives;

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with students and staff to deliver exceptional educational experiences. They will be highly organized, have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support for student experience activities;
  • Developing and implementing education projects;
  • Collaborating with other teams across the College;
  • Providing support for student events and activities;
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
