Senior Educator Role

Job Description: As a Senior Educator, you will lead your own room and team of dedicated educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children.
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to achieve better outcomes for the future.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current QLD Blue Card.
