Residential Portfolio Manager

Real Estate is an exciting industry to be in, and this role offers the perfect opportunity for a Property Manager to showcase their skills. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the City of Stonnington.
The ideal candidate will be using industry leading systems to streamline their workload. They will work Monday to Friday with the option to work from home one day a week, providing a great work-life balance. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with renters and rental providers, building strong relationships, and maintaining minimal rental arrears. You will also coordinate repair and maintenance requests, negotiate rent reviews and lease renewals, and have the opportunity to problem-solve and mediate.
We require an Agents Representative Certificate, a reliable car, and a Drivers Licence. Previous experience managing a Residential Portfolio is essential, as well as the ability to problem-solve, mediate, and negotiate. A positive energy and can-do attitude, along with being professional, punctual, and reliable, are also necessary.
