The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Stewardship Development Manager to investigate and assess projects in product stewardship and recycling.

  • Work closely with senior leaders to prepare ANZRP for NTCRS scope expansion, including new product stewardship and recycling projects, trials, or current program opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and engage with stakeholders to identify potential opportunities, determining commercial viability and alignment with our strategic plan.
  • Develop business cases and budgets for presentation to the Board. Detailed business plans, project implementation, and operations transition plans will also be prepared.
  • Provide specialist advice to the Board, Sustainable Business Growth Committee, CEO, and COO on high-level matters.
  • Contribute to specialized projects, process improvement, tender responses, project management, member engagement, technology solutions, digital strategy, and enhanced reporting requirements.

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in developing and implementing projects and business development in the waste and recycling sector.
  • Preparing business cases, writing business plans, project plans, preparing budgets, and assessing business opportunities.
  • Effective task organization to produce accurate and thorough work on time.
