Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Digital Producer to join our team.

This role requires someone who is able to think critically, work independently and have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.

The ideal candidate will have a polished and professional approach, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project briefs, scope of work, timelines and cost estimates.
  • Work closely with the Traffic team to schedule resource allocation and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the life of projects.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate when necessary.
  • Manage medium-sized digital projects autonomously.
  • Collaborate with Senior Digital Producers on large-scale projects.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment.
  • Able to operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written communication skills and phone manner.
  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Collaborative work style and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
