As a summer camp activity coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our participants, while developing your leadership and interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Design and deliver daily activities that promote physical activity, socialization, and cognitive development in children.
- Train and supervise summer camp staff members, focusing on effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation, attendance, and any incidents that may occur during the camp.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 months of full-time experience working with children, or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
