**Essential Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 months of full-time experience working with children, or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire.
