Product Quality Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality products from our site to our stores.
You will work closely with our Supply Chain team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards. This will involve conducting regular inspections of fresh produce and chilled deliveries from our suppliers.
- Maintaining the tools and equipment necessary for quality inspections
- Recording and communicating inspection outcomes to our Coles Quality and Commercial teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Excellent priority, time management, and communication skills are required to complete tasks on time and to a high standard
- A proactive approach is necessary to work quickly and identify challenges and risks
- Ability to learn quickly how to use a range of tools/equipment or systems for quality testing
